We use fresh local and seasonal ingredients featuring the bounty that Oregon and the Pacific Northwest is known for. Our food preparation is onsite and combines Northwest and European influences. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated so be sure to mention any special needs when you book your stay.

Our espresso bar is a welcome sight to many of our guests and some even comment how they feel as though they have been transported to Italy. We are proud purveyors of Caffe Umbria coffee and for those who prefer tea; we offer a wide selection of teas from local tea legend Steven Smith.

Breakfast: Coastal Mountain granola, a roasted green Chile and egg soufflé, freshly baked orange current scones, Greek yogurt, seasonal fruit.

Dinner: Antipasti Plate, Caprese’ Salad, Wild Chinook Salmon, rice pilaf, garden green beans, rustic pear pie.
